Kenyan comedian and content creator Mulamwah, born David Oyando, has once again excited fans with updates on his ongoing mansion construction in Kitale. This time, the entertainer revealed that he is building a swimming pool within the compound of his multi-million-shilling home, despite the region’s famously cold weather.

How Much Could Mulamwah’s Swimming Pool Cost?Is Mulamwah Facing Financial Struggles?

In a video shared on social media, Mulamwah showcased an excavator digging space for the pool. He humorously acknowledged that Kitale’s chilly climate might not be the most suitable for swimming but remained optimistic about the project. “Ka swimming pool kidogo. Kitale ni baridi but allow me to explain please,” he captioned the clip.

Mulamwah has been transparent about his journey to building his dream home, previously revealing that the mansion, which is still under construction, has already cost him around KSh 15 million. The house features a modern design with a flat roof and multiple spacious rooms, and he has also shared 3D renderings of the expected final look.

How Much Could Mulamwah’s Swimming Pool Cost?

An expert explained that the cost of a swimming pool varies based on size, materials, and finishing. “If he’s going for a good quality pool with modern finishes, excavation, waterproofing, and proper filtration, he’s likely looking at up to KSh 1 million. This can go even higher depending on the size and additional features,” the contractor said.

Is Mulamwah Facing Financial Struggles?

Aside from his mansion updates, Mulamwah recently had to address rumors regarding his finances. A social media user had alleged that the comedian was struggling with a KSh 35 million loan for his house and a KSh 2.5 million car loan. He, however, dismissed the claims, assuring fans that he is financially stable.

Despite the debates surrounding his choices, Mulamwah remains focused on completing his dream home, proving that he is determined to achieve his vision, one project at a time.
