President of Uganda Yoweri Museveni has picked a female aide to lead his security line. With that act, he is the only living African with a female security person behind him.
Only late President Muamar Gaddafi had a female platoon led by a female aide to take charge of his security.
Ade-de-Camp aka ADC is normally picked from the military unit.
