More than 20 people were feared dead and scores left injured after a bus plunged into Siyiapei river along Narok-Mahi Mahiu road.
The bus which was travelling from Oyugis in Kisii County to Nairobi city is said to have been speeding before crashing into the river based in Narok County.
More than 40 passengers who were injured were rushed to the nearby health facilities from the bus which is registered under Daima Connection Sacco
The rescue operations were led by the Kenya Red Cross team
