Self made NASA activist Miguna Miguna was no where to be seen after an Emirates flight he was supposed to alight with landed without his presence.
The Enmirates flight EK 719 touched down around 2.14pm but Miguna Miguna was not seen in it. The matter has caused a confusion over his whereabouts .
Senators who were on board, Mwangi Gathiomi, George Khaniri and Cecily Mbarire who were on board said they never saw Miguna Miguna on board.
A team of his lawyers led by popular lawyer Nelson Havi had arrived to welcome Miguna Miguna.
On Sunday, Miguna had stated that he will be arriving via the same flight.
Other conflciting statement showed that immagration officials had denied Miguna entry into the country until he ws issued with a VISA.
