Hellen Okoth, wife to embattled Migori goveror Okoth Obado has shocked Kenyans with her latest remarks concerning the sore love between Sharon Otieno and Obado.

In her statement, Hellen said that Sharon had planned to record Obado while having intimacy so as to use the tape and blackmail him.

Hellen further told police detectives at DCI that the event had been planned to take place at Imperial Hotel. Claims Obado only refuted by confirmed he had been booked in the said hotel based in Kisumu CBD.

“I informed him that I had information of a plan of recording him with Sharon. He denied the claims and said that he was booked at Imperial Hotel,” read her statement.

The wife also advised Obado on making his love with Sharon rather official rather than casual love affair, She even advised him to make Sharon second wife.

“I asked him if he was planning to marry Sharon as a second wife. I told him that I honestly preferred he married instead of having affairs. He told me he had no such plans and that he had ended the relationship with the said girl,” Hellen’s statement reads.

“My husband said he would only discuss the welfare of the child if proved to be his.” she added.
