Kisumu county boss Governor Anyang Nyongó has sparked social media outrage after he appointed a Chinese national into his government.
Kee Chong Li Kwong Wing was appointed to be part of the Kisumu County Executive Committee Member .
Other appointees include newly appointed Health CS Mutahi Kagwe
