Nairobi Women Rep Esther Passaris was on Friday night trolled by black twitter after she allegedly said that Zimbabwe was hosting 2019 AFCON.

Hmmmm Zimbabwe as the host Nation will have ground support. Having said that they are all winners but only one will emerge at the top #AFCON2019 and my prayer and dream is for #HarambeeStars #Tunaweza #Twendekazi https://t.co/KCp2c6SJPK

But later, it emerged that her tweet had punctuation errors, leading to misinterpretation by her Kenyan followers.

Passaris later had to fight back her relevance by clarifying the matter.

We represent citizens who look to leaders for their personal expenses from rent, medical, funerals, school fees, food, etc. Leaders in other countries are not expected to settle constituents personal bills. When we move from dependency to independency we can reduce our wages. https://t.co/ifJ9ca3mlI

Egypt, who are the host, played the opening match with Zimbabwe on 21st June in Cairo where the Egyptians cruised past the South African based country.
