He did not only pay the fare, he had to call them, literary the way Matatu touts do.
And so the Kenyans took to social media to take down the challenger. It was a had one from the onset of the things.
NTSA has been vigilant on traffic rules, and no matatu tout is supposed to hang or part of his body be out of the vehicle while in movement.
