Professional Mourners Reviewed Their Charges, What Next For Their Clients?

If you eve thought that professional mourning is a fairy tale, you better start visiting morgue points, especially those located in Kisumu and western regions.

Even though it is a whole irony, these hard determined men and women earn a living just from organized wailing in funerals.

They hype and draw large crowds if you pay them well. They are more used when a profiled person is being buried and the family members feel like they wouldn’t get the much needed hype. So they opt for a sponsored hype.

Due to ongoing food and fuel hardship, which has skyrocketed most basic commodities in Kenya, it is believed that the bereaved would have to deep more in their pockets to secure these special services.
