Whether you are hungry or not, the worst feeling of waiting food that you have already ordered cannot be good for you.

And there is one thing with hotels, even if they have already cooked your meal, there is a moment of waiting, that moment varies with the kind of the hotel and its location.

But are they justified to delay, say they promised to be ready by 1.00pm but turns out they will be late for 10 to 20 minutes?

The answer to that question also depends with the kind of  customers, some will walk away, demand their money back or just sit back and wait for the food to come at the right time of the waiter.

But for one particular Ugandan, the case was a unique one. HAVE A LOOK !!
