Deputy president William Ruto and human rights activist Boniface Mwangi have been following each other on social media not as real friends at all.
They have had personal battles on Facebook and Twitter eliciting mixed reactions froKenyans.
But nothing has been so serious than the previous post from Boniface Mwangi depicting Ruto to be the one responsible for the death of Jacob Juma, a famous business man in Nairobi who died mysteriously from gunshots.
Bonface Mwangi has dared Ruto to go ahead with the court pocess, siting that he is well prepared with his Lawyer, Gitobu Imanyara.
Boniface said he will not remove, correct, withdraw or apologise for the said tweet.
