Programs Assistant Needed

Eco-Manyatta Africa is searching for a person with:

1.Excellent oral and written communications
2.Demonstrated proficiency utilizing online information resources
3.Skillful use of office computer applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ETC
4.Minimum degree in project management or related fields
5.Strong writing, proposal development and research skills.

The tasks are:-
1-.Support the technical development of programs,
2.-Coordinates a variety of project activities, functions and/or program components,
3.-Monitors a variety of activities on behalf of assigned Administrator (e.g. program tasks,
4- Tracks and reports on all project inputs and advises on way forward,
5.-Research a variety of topics,
6.-Works closely with the Technical Advisor in planning, organizing and conducting orientation packages, meetings and technical review,
7.-Conduct or facilitate program and project evaluation exercises,
8.- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports.

Sacco Administrator/ Marketer Needed Urgently


Wealth And Capital Sacco is a fast growing, tech savvy and innovative SACCO with an aggressive expansion program to gain new members.

Marketing Duties:-
-1.- Implementing the Sacco Marketing, business development and brand strategies.
-2.- Markets the society’s products with existing and potential coverage to attract and then work to retain a large base of satisfied members
-3.- Conduct market research and analysis on market trends, customer satisfaction and product development to keep up with market trends
Administration Duties:-
-4.-In charge of day-to-day operations to make sure the SACCO is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of management and members.
-5.- Maintaining communication with the District CO-OP Office and the Auditors. Issues requiring the attention of management committee are discussed without delay to ensure open communication channels
-6.- Bringing to the attention of the management committee any matters that may hinder the smooth running of the SACCO to ensure a efficient workflow – -7.- Initiates plans and coordinates member education to encourage member and engagement and enhance participation


  • Degree in commerce or related field from a recognized university
  • Strong marketing, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good and Proven track record of high performance
  • High level of integrity.
