Former CS Echesa was accused of having a compromised Education level, with many claiming that he had a very low key level of education to be a CS.
His publicity continued, when he dared Raila Odinga to sack him, following strong criticism over his education level and delivery of duties trusted on his shoulders.
On tape, he was recorded saying that if NASA leader Raila Odinga was incharge of the CS appointment, he should dare sack him immediately
True to his words, he is now in the cold, and Raila is ‘inside’ the government thanks to the handshake effect
