Financial Support , Scholarships Opportunities From UK NGOs In Kenya

United Kingdom which has several open NGOs in Kenya has since the past offered scholarship and financial support to needy and bright students.

The main NGOs in Kenya are

  1. Commonwealth
  2. Tullow Group
  3. British Council

These NGOs have separate financial and scholarship opportunities for Kenyan needy students who wish to advance their career through education.

Below is a list of currently open education funds in 2018, and the application process is currently ongoing

  1. Scholarships and financial support
  2. Commonwealth scholarships
  3. Tullow Group Scholarships
  4. British Council / EADB Medical Training Fellowship Programme
  5. Certificate verification services

English Language

Applicants need to have obtained a minimum overall score of 7.5 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination, with minimum scores of 7.0 in all components. The scores should be obtained in one sitting. The test is valid for 2 years.
