The Sponsorship Administrator will coordinate all sponsorship activities (reports, communications) from PU’s, KCO and National Offices in line with corporate standards.
Dimensions of Role:
The post holder will report directly to the Sponsorship Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, Behaviours, and Experience Required to Achieve Role’s Objectives:
Qualifications and Experience
– Degree in Social Sciences and Development Studies.
– Knowledge of child sponsorship
– Hands on experience in training staff, volunteers and communities.
– Accurate, fast keying skills and sound knowledge of computer applications
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– 2 years’relevant experience preferably in a sponsorship organization.
Typical Responsibilities
– Key End Results of Position:
Key Responsibilities
– Quality monthly and quarterly sponsorship reports
– Coordinate update of sponsorship communications at country level (PAOs, PAUs)
– Ensure all sponsorship related documents and reports are filed at Country level.
– Caseload management
– Consolidation of green sheets information and monitoring.
– Trains and supports staff on compliance to sponsorship guidelines
– Coordinate staff meetings and follow-up on agreed actions.
– Manages Kenya CO email account
– Administration of Child data users
– Dispatch of sponsorship communication to NO’s
