Before the High Court disallowed Steve Mbogo’s petition challenging the election of Starehe MP Charles Kanyi Njagua, he was accused of stepping on the rights of a road user.
It is believed that Mbogo who lost the 2017 election was driving recklessly and even overtaking when need not be.
When questioned, he threatened the driver and even moved close to engaging in a physical fight.
The court slammed Steve Mbogo with a fine of 10 million which should be paid in regards to the petition
