A viral photo has been going round of Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe’s doppelganger.
The young toddle is not known of his whereabouts but his face does not need any explanation about its resemblance.
CS Mutahi Kagwe has been brought to the limelight of Kenyans after his appointment as a Health CS and then his lead role in fighting the spread of corona virus.
He was however previously an ICT Minister in the Kibaki’s government and an MP for Mukurweinin.
CS Kagwe last vie to retain his Senator seat for Nyeri county in 2017 but lost it .
