Love them or hate them, these are mega Kenyan artists whom you will ignore at your own demise when it comes to music that have conquered the music air waves in the modest and modern Kenya.

The monies have been acquired through skiza tunes, live stage performances, sell of their music, you tube subscription, ringtones, internet download sites, adverts promotion just to name a few.

The research by Music Copyright Society of Kenya was done on the basis of how the music of the following musicians was sold on the above platforms and any other legal business.

The list was topped by Sauti Sol followed by Bahati, H-Art Band were sixth placed. While Hellen Ken conclude the short list.
