1. Tour Drivers (2)
Responsibilities:
• Picking up and dropping off our valued customers to designated areas
• Ensuring the executive coaches are clean and maintained to the highest standards possible
• Ensuring the safety of our valued customers during the tour and that all traffic rules and regulations are followed.
• Ensuring the comfort of our valued customers and that they are provided with the first aid kit in the time of need
Minimum Requirements:
• Highly organized, presentable, professional and a strict time keeper
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili
• Does not take alcohol, incorruptible and easy to get along with
• KCSE C Plain
• University/College Diploma
• Valid Tour driver’s license
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
2. Tour Consultants (2)
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaising with clients in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
• Preparing customized itineraries to suit the clients’ preferences and budget.
• Issuing tickets or relevant documents.
• Modifying existing bookings to suit a change in clients’ circumstances.
• Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
Minimum Requirements:
• Highly organized, presentable, professional and a strict time keeper
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili
• Incorruptible and easy to get along with
• KCSE C PLUS
• University/College Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
3. Marketing Executives (2)
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
• Updating databases and using a CRM system
• Coordinating internal marketing and organization’s culture
• Monitoring and report performance of marketing activities
Minimum Requirements:
• Highly organized, presentable and analytical
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili
• Incorruptible
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics and PowerPoint
• University/College Degree in Marketing or related field
• CIM Qualifications will be an added advantage
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
4. Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
• Examine financial statements to ensure accuracy
• Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations
• Inspect books of accounts and accounting systems to keep up to date
• Organize and maintain financial records
• Make best-practices recommendations to management
• Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
Minimum Requirements:
• Highly organized, presentable and professional
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili
• Incorruptible
• University/College Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• CPA (K)
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
