When famous lawyer Donald Kipkorir raised a very important matter of public interest to the Nairobi county government, he wanted to get a clear answer if not a solution as a Nairobi resident as well as a voter.

But that was not the case.

Kipkorir was genuinely asking Governor Mike Sonko and his DP Polycarp Igathe why Kiosks, Matatus and hawkers had invaded even the most leafy and lavish estates in Nairobi such as Karen.

But Presidential Strategic Communications Unit (PSCU) was quick to reply despite the fact that the concern was not directly addressed to them.

And even when they replied through the PSCU, the answer was rather another political tantrum thrown at one of the most distrubing menace in the Nairobi as a county.

The PSCU simply told of Kipkorir that he was a ‘Slay Queen Lawyer’ who should better face off with Lawyer Ahmed Nasir if he had any complain.

Who is tweeting from @PSCU_Digital? That’s a government handle tweeting about SlayQueen lawyer? pic.twitter.com/XttKW3cIaT

The answer was not simply helping but annoying and personal considering that this was a government public handle.

Below are some of the mixed reactions from the concerned citizens

Digital ethics and intelligence are virtues so key for officers handling public accounts. Be responsible for what you post and think carefully about the message you pass cross to the public.

Bad taste for a PSCU handle to tweet this stuff. Are there no adults monitoring Presidential communication. In any case having kiosks and hawkers is symptomatic of economic and social disorder regardless of when it started THINK,eih Kenya!

Itumbi, grow up. While at it, try to be note professional and diplomatic. You represent a whole freaking country through that handle for Pete's sake, goodness!
