Uganda’s deputy Attorney General Mwesigwa Rukutana has sent nerves high after a viral photo of him herding animals went viral.

In the photo, he is seen strolling with the cattle armed with a semi-automatic riffle.

We put to account for the photo by a local media, the high ranked government official did not deny he was one in the photo and saw nothing wrong to carry the AK47 riffle around the firm.

“What is it was me in the photo,” he said. “Let’s assume it was mine, what could be wrong with that.”

Online social media concerned with the act, saw it a clear example of the status of security in Uganda while others thought he was sacred by recent predicaments in his docket as a deputy AG.
