A court in New York has ordered a 30 year old man to move out of his parents’ house.
New York State Supreme Court Judge Donald Greenwood agreed with Mark and Christina Rotondo of Camillus, New York that the unemployed man should move out of the home.
The son , according to the two parents had failed over the past months to contribute or raise money for the rent together with other home necessities.
The young man says he will appeal against the case, arguing that the court and the parents did not grant him six months of notice period.
I am just so outraged,’ he DailyMail.com outside of court on Tuesday, adding that he has been taunted by conservative groups for being a ‘liberal millennial’.
He also said his parents don’t provide food or do his laundry for him besides he also ordered adult protective services to investigate.
The judge ordered the parents to draft an eviction notice and serve their son which should be signed by both parties.
It was unclear when the man would be allowed to stay back in the house before he is evicted.
Public records indicate that Micheal has stayed outside their home between 2008 and 2010, Syracuse-area homes, when he would have been 21 to 23 years old.
The home in question was bought in 1988 by his mother. It is estimated to be Ksh. 21,800,000 by Zillow.
His parents resorted to move to court after they could not find a better way to eject him from the home where he has lived for 8 years. He had ignored their 5 written notices served to him before.
The man who is his own lawyer, sees no clear reason why his parents want him out of home.
He also said that he has never been expected to contribute to household expenses, or assisted with chores and the maintenance of the premises, and claims that this is simply a component of his living agreement.
The man runs his own ‘successful business’ which he prefers than a fulltime job.
