A 22-year-old Kabianga University student Hellen Nyambura Kinyanjui took away her dear life after suspecting that her boyfriend was cheating on her.
Reports indicate that it is not the first time the forth year communication student attempted to commit suicide, in her second year, it was reported that Nyambura once tried to take off her dear life.
Her body was found hanging in her rented room where she was living at Chepnyogaa trading centre, Kericho county.
“Nyambura’s neighbours reported that a smell of a decomposing body was emanating from her house, and that flies were many in her house, which had been locked from the inside. Police broke her door to gain entry into the house, where they found her hanging from a manila rope tied to the roof,” a witness told local media.
