A chilling video of Migori Governor Okoth Obado in police custody has shown the high profile government official being offered with no VIP treatment against the previous revelations.
The revelations which were captured by K24 News, shows the governor mingling with other inmates at Industrial Area where he had been detained.

The governor has however been granted with a 5 million bail for his freedom which has been restricted by tough rules
