Wakorino is a very lowly reserved religion, which remained conservative to their African god as the foreign religions swept through Kenya.
Dominated by the Kikuyu community, it is one of the few African born religions in Kenya which never converted.
However they have struggled to be identifed and recognized in the manner others such as Islamic and Christianity has been.
It led to trolling on Twitter, following the just concluded Islamic Holiday, Eid Mubarak, where Kenyans On Twitter dubbed KOT argued them to find a slot so as ‘to increase the number of holidays’ in the yearly calender.
Na Wakorino mchangamke pia.. August hatuna holiday… msake moja ata kama ni ya kuombea waru bana 😂😂….
