Gospel duo Mesh and Ninah of the popular group Wapendwa Muziki recently welcomed their first child, marking a joyful milestone for the couple and their family. The arrival of their baby boy was followed by a special gesture from the duo, as Ninah shared online a wishlist of items she hoped to receive as a push gift, with a car topping the list.

Days after the birth, the couple unveiled a brand-new Volvo XC60, celebrating both the new addition to their family and the purchase of their first car together. They shared videos on Instagram capturing the moment at a Mombasa showroom, with Ninah playfully holding Mesh across the car’s dashboard as their song “Bonge La Surprise” played, setting a festive atmosphere.

According to Jiji Kenya, a locally sold Volvo XC60 starts at KSh 4 million, with imported versions going up to KSh 9 million. The couple traveled to Mombasa, picked up the vehicle, and shared clips of the joyous occasion, including prayers and blessings from close friends, the Wajesus. Singer Kabi, who has mentored the duo, declared the car would be a blessing and highlighted the couple’s faithfulness and dedication.

Mesh described the car as a push gift for Ninah, saying it symbolized their readiness for 2026 and the blessings ahead. He emphasized the meaningful timing, as the car coincided with the birth of their son, making the moment even more memorable.

Fans flooded social media with congratulatory messages. Comments included praise for the couple’s faith, excitement over the car, and admiration for their family milestone. Followers highlighted the couple’s gratitude and celebrated the joy God has brought into their lives.

The dual celebration of welcoming their first child and acquiring their first car reflects a season of growth and blessing for Mesh and Ninah. Their story resonates with fans, showing the power of faith, family, and celebrating life’s significant milestones.
