Jubilee candidate McDonald Mariga has sent belated congratulatory message to the Kibra by-election winner Imran Okoth.
Imran Okoth, the brother to emerged the winner after thrashing more than 20 contestants in the elections.
In the viral video, Mariga thanked Imran for putting up a peaceful contest and asked him to feel free if he needed any support from him.
Mariga also asked him to remain good friends despite their political differences
