White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders has confirmed that President Uhuru Kenyatta will meet with US President Donald Trump at White House on August 27th August this year.
Mrs.Sanders also clarified on the purpose of the meeting.
“The meeting between the two leaders will reaffirm the longstanding relationship between the United States and Kenya as a cornerstone of peace and stability in Africa and the broader Indo-Pacific region,” she said
Kenya’s communication boss Kanze Dena confirmed that the two leaders were indeed looking forward to meet ahead of fostering trade and investment opportunities
The two leaders first met in May, 2017 during a G7 summit.
