With the emergence of online job and companies going online, it is easy to find yourself with a verbal job offer on phone.

But this should not stop there, remember that you have to insist on a written offer, since this can be used as a contract evidence to solve future potential job related issues .

Besides, don’t forget to tender a written resignation letter, rather than a verbal offer, as this comes in line if your employer still owns you money.
