John Paul Mwirigi, at just 23 years old was elected as a member of Parliament t to represent the voter from Igembe South constituency.
Being poor and broke, he campaigned on boda boda and even yet used a PSV to attend his swearing in ceremony.
It is then that President Uhuru Kenyatta donated a brand new car to the Hon. Mwirigi rescue.
Besides, he received a total make-up from the state house fashion artists who added more suits to his wardrobe.
From a close look, the car should be a V8 or a VX, one of the posh cars ridden by MPS, it costs about 5 million shillings and above.
