Former Gor Mahia coach Hassan Oktay will soon be replaced by new arrival Steven Polack who is already in Nairobi city for the contract.
Reports indicate that Polack triumphed over Frenchman Richard Tardy and Brazilian Roberto to claim the lucrative job
