The stress and physical inactivity that some jobs imply make you gain weight. All this depends on the activities you do during the workday, however, there are some jobs that are more likely to gain more kilos.

  1. Travel agent
  2. Lawyer
  3. Social worker
  4. Teacher
  5. Designer
  6. Administrative assistant
  7. Secretary
  8. Police / fireman
  9. Marketing / professional public relations
  10. Editors

 

These jobs are part of the list because of the levels of stress that are handled in these areas are very high.

The lack of physical activity is another important factor, most workers do not have time to exercise because of the workday.

Other reasons to gain weight in the office are eating because of work pressures, ordering fast food, skipping meals, etc.

To avoid weight gain, specialists recommend walking more during the day and drinking more water. Also, you can prepare a healthy lunch at home that helps you control your weight. Beware!
