Unlike 2017, the new half way year has been raining romances, engagements and weddings for most of Kenyan celebs.
Many were of the opinion that most of these celebs were waiting for 2018 to unveil their love projects.
Below are a list of celebs who have embraced love in 2018.
1.Wanyama planning to wed in 2018
Victor Wanyama who prefers a low key lifestyle, spoke for the first time about his wedding which is within 2018
The Totenham defender who is in the country for vacation noted during a TV interview that he was soon settling down.
The 26 year old Harambee Stars captain has not however specified the woman he is settling down with.
“Suti Ya Harusi Bado Inapimishwa Halafu Bado Inatafutwa. Date Ndio Shida Lakini Tunatafuta Hiyo Date, Bado Tu Date Na Venue Nitawaambia. Ngojeni,” he wrote on social media accompanied by photo above
Romours had shown before that he was dating Nigerian based Kenyan singer Victroria Kimani. While others linked him to a UK based girlfriend.
“I Know Women Are There, And We Need To Work Hard But First Concentrate On The Career Then The Rest Follow. My Advice Is To Just Keep Working Hard But Remember Discipline Should Always Be There,” He Said.
Wanyama for the last two years, has been the highest paid Kenyan with a whooping salary of 32 million shillings a month!
2. Jacky Maribe engagement
State House Director of Communication was confirmed by his own ex-lover that he will be part of the groomsmen during her wedding with her new found lover.
Jacky Maribe recently got engaged to her lover Joe Jowie at a luxury hotel last week. Her hubby had popped the ring during the live performance by Mapenzi by Kidum.
The event which was attended by Shix Kapienga, Terryanne Chebet and Monica Kiragu was kept live by colourful drinks.
The event continued from the hotel to social media when Maribe, Citizen TV reporter and former fiancee to Itumbi took the matters out of her hands to social media.

5.Saumu Mbuvi
Saumu Mbuvi is living with her parents in Runda which confirmed the romours that they are apparently separated with baby daddy Ben Gatu
She held a baby shower where the new man, Kevin Shaban was pictured instead of the father, Ben.
Judging from what Tuko.com reported Ben Gatu and Kelvin Shaban have been friends for a while now but it is not clear whether the 3rd party involved in the Saumu Mbuvi and Ben Gatu story is the main reason the two split.
Kelvin has been meeting Nairobi Senator’s daughter on several occassions. They had been spotted at TRM

6.MP Dikirr
Kenya’s lawmaker Emurrua Dikirr MP Johanna Ngeno lost his bachelorhood status after he married the love of his life in a traditional wedding ceremony.
The MP had served for two terms before getting married , during which he kept it clear that a wife was not his priority in upbringing development in his area.
However, there was enough pressure from the tradion since he became an MP in 2013.
Trans Mara Sub-County Kipsigis Council of Elders Chairman Alexander Kosgei had ruled out that the MP must get a wife.
“Being married means one has a home and family,” Mr Kosgei said, adding that a wife would ensure continuity of the family. He said married people were more respected.

7.Lilian Muli
Citizen TV news anchor Lilian Muli finally confirmed that she was heavily pregnant and she is expecting her new unborn baby within 2018.
After speculation, it is now clear that the father of the baby to be is non other than tycoon Jared Nevaton who is also owner of Tanzanian club Shabana FC.
Lilian Muli was few days ago seen driving a Mercedes car which is believed to be her pregnancy gift. Before she was driving a Range Rover Sport.
Accompanying her pregnancy photos was a bible verse which seem to directly target her former hubby Moses Kanene.
