“Detoxify” should be part of our day to day, and should be something that we intensively in a short period of time, or using a product that “cleanser”, and when we stop doing it or take it disappear its beneficial effects.

How to detoxify your body daily

It’s a mixture of knowing what to avoid, and what kind of things can really help us. It can be something as simple as eating healthy.

The best detox diet

1) Increase the daily intake of fruits and vegetables

Try to eat 3 or more servings of vegetables and 2 or more servings of fresh fruit every day at least, although ideally it should be between 8-10 servings of fruit and vegetables every day.

2) Use natural sweeteners

Eliminate sugar from your diet. You can get the sweet taste with all the natural sugar substitutes like stevia or honey.

3) Try foods rich in probiotics

Probiotic foods are those that are rich in live microorganisms that help improve digestion, function of the immune system and decrease inflammation.

The most common probiotics are: Lactobacillus acidophilus in the small intestine and Bifidobacterium bifidum in the large intestine.

We can find them in products such as kefir and yogurt, and they are also available as a supplement.

4) Whole grains

Whole rice, quinoa, oats, millet, amaranth or buckwheat are some examples of foods that will help improve the functioning of your intestine, and therefore help you eliminate excess toxins.

Most of us do not drink enough. Water is essential to have an optimal digestive function, and it is especially important to drink enough fluids, especially if we are going to increase fiber intake.

8) Substitute coffee for green tea
