Retired President Daniel Moi was one of the most fought dictators who ruled Kenya with an iron fist for more than 24 years.
His reign which started way back in 1978, came tumbling down in 2002 when former President Mwai Kibaki with the baking of NASA leader won the throne.
Despite his withdrawal from active politics, many political analysts believe that Moi aged at 93 years still controls the way Kenya is ruled at great extend.
His son Gideon Moi who is current Baringo governor is one of the many ways Moi still has impact on active politics. Though he has never backed President Uhuru Kenyatta actively, many believe that Uhuru has been listening to him more than one or two occassions.
On another lighter note, Moi is still ‘dictating’ who becomes Kenya next man on the coveted throne
The following photos proves the point.
