In times of crisis, more than ever, people often suffer from physical and mental illnesses. Entrepreneurs are not the exception, but they are the ones who take control of their projects, so they have to take maximum care of themselves.

HEALTH.Time.BRAIN.

In the life of every entrepreneur there is a time when they are the last to be attended to and their projects go to # 1 on their list of priorities. Many of them achieve their task by wearing out, due to the fact of not knowing how to take care of the three areas that are the motor that moves them.

An error that can cost them, not only the total closure of any possibility, but also suffering frustration for not taking into account such an important detail as self-care.

That is why there are three areas that you must prioritize in your life, and more if you are an entrepreneur who goes out of his way to give everything in his projects.

HEALTH.

The entrepreneur has a responsibility that requires him to be in stable conditions. The anxieties, worries, the lack of food, etc … can cause serious illnesses that later demand the paralysis of any project to be able to take care of the little health that remains, take care!

Time.

Do not waste it, your time is money and you should invest it in the activities you decided to take you to another level. Prioritize the tasks you need to do so that you can have exclusive time for yourself, without the need to choke on the responsibilities that being an entrepreneur demands. As Steve Jobs said: “It is clear that the most precious resource we have is time.”

BRAIN.

Your emotional stability depends a lot on your thoughts and ideas, and this depends on how you are taking care of your mind. An entrepreneur needs peace of mind, whether it’s practicing yoga, going to the gym, meditating, or any other activity that keeps the flow successful in your brain.

These three areas that entrepreneurs don’t seem to take very seriously are the areas that can lead to success without irreparable breakdowns.
