How to achieve real goals and break with bad beauty habits?

The first thing is to have simple purposes that can be fulfilled and, as in a pyramid, start climbing to have stronger purposes. For now, we can start with the following:

Avoid removing the nail polish

It is common for nerves, stress or bad habit, we remove the nail polish instead of using remover. The only thing that is achieved by doing this is to make them fragile, because layers of keratin are lost and you will start to see your fluted and split nails. How to avoid it?

If you have glue, put it in the palm of your hand and play with your fingers, like when you were little.

Avoid washing your hair a lot or a little

Let’s be clear that hair also has its PH and that the idea is to take care of it not only when washing it but with the necessary care to keep it well. In washing, for example, the idea is not to wash it so much, because it makes it greasy, or to wash it a little because too many active substances can accumulate and finally dandruff can be produced.

The idea is that the hair is washed every two or three days with little shampoo and at the end a stream of cold water in order to reactivate the circulation.

The use of sunscreen

With or without sun is important to apply a layer of sunscreen UVA and UVB to protect the skin from ultraviolet and infrared rays. With this, you will not only avoid spots on your skin but the early appearance of wrinkles.

The idea is to apply a layer of blocker just after leaving the shower, let it absorb and then continue with the usual makeup routine. In fact, it is vital that you also apply it to the body, especially if there are areas that are going to be exposed. Remember that the sunscreen is used even if there is no sun.

Avoid sleeping without removing makeup

It usually happens that before 30, sleep first wins beauty, but this is one of the worst habits you can have. Do not remove make-up means that they begin to accumulate dust, natural fat of the face and germs. The result will be a skin that begins to absorb the makeup, the pores are covered and begin to appear pimples and imperfections. With this appear the first wrinkles and dark circles.

Break with the bad habit of not cutting the ends of the hair. So one sees healthy hair, the recommendation is to cut the ends regularly.

This does not mean that you should spend a lot of money in a hairdressing salon, because it is enough to go not to make different cuts every three months but to break it down to keep it healthy.

Additionally, you can apply moisturizing products for the tips at least once a week and use oils such as argan or coconut paste to maintain smoothness.
