Dinner plays a delicate role in this process since the closer it is time to rest, the body stops having a high calorie expenditure.

However, the goal is not to stop eating, eating little predisposes us to sleep with our entire body at rest, including the digestive system.

The ideal thing to eat for dinner is a protein   (chicken, fish, beef, turkey), a vegetable and a healthy fat (avocado, olive oil, grape seed oil).

Eating protein for dinner helps keep your body running and burning calories throughout the night, even while you sleep.

The fiber from vegetables is also very important because it helps the digestive system to work throughout the night and thus cleanse the body of toxins that it does not need.

Eating a large amount of food can fragment REM sleep (the phase in which we dream) and cause nightmares.

Remember that your health is in your hands. The ideal way to take care of your figure and feel better is through a healthy diet .
