The recent Michuki rules which spread wide and far in Kenya have no doubt affected all and sundry.

The most affected ones were PSVs especially matatus.

However if you are on the right side of the law, no police should arrest or intimidate a motorist.

Here are items private cars can miss and no police should arrest you.

  1. Fire extinguishers,
  2. Jump starters,
  3. First aid kits
  4. Tow ropes

However private vehicles are also supposed to have life savers on board.

Any police intimidation on the above matter should be reported to hotline number 020-260-381-4.
