Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that is why it should be healthy and balanced.

Not all foods are good to take on an empty stomach and there are a few that thanks to its wonderful properties are perfect to take first thing of the day and benefit from all its nutrients.

Take good note of the best foods to eat fast and incorporate them into your daily diet.

Oats. It is a food rich in numerous nutrients and fiber so it is quite advisable to take it during breakfast. Oatmeal intake in the morning will help you quench your appetite and lower your blood cholesterol.

Eggs. Another of the foods that can not miss at breakfast are eggs. They are rich in quality protein and their consumption helps you feel quite satiated by avoiding that you eat many more calories than your body really needs.

Dried fruits. Nuts are one of the best sources of fiber that exist so they are ideal to help you eliminate hunger. They bring a lot of energy to the body and help improve the digestive tract so that they become a fundamental food to take on an empty stomach.

Honey. Drinking honey in the morning will allow you to start your day with a good dose of energy as well as help your brain function properly. Forget adding sugar to coffee and opting for honey that is much healthier.

Blueberries. At breakfast you can not miss the blueberries as they contain a lot of antioxidants and its consumption helps to improve memory and blood pressure throughout the body.
