Then you may be choosing a wrong thing when dinning: the hour. Do not make dinners eternal or too copious for our stomach to work perfectly and have a feeling of satiety.

We give you 5 reasons to choose the snack – dinner in front of the traditional dinner.

5 Reasons to Eat and Dine at the Same Time

1 Digestion. If schedules allow you and you do not get to work later than 10 at night, making a dinner snack is a great option for digestion to work and do not hurt your stomach. Making a stronger snack than normal by 8 pm will help you digest food and not go to bed with a heavy feeling.

2 Quantity. It is necessary to dine a little precisely because of digestion, but if you make the last meal of the day at a prudent time without falling the night closed, this will allow you to exceed a little with the quantities, since they will spend several hours until you go to sleep.

3 Equilibrium. Dining sooner rather than later will help you keep the line, and the calories from the food you ingest. Dining and going to bed leaves in your body all the food that has not given you time to burn.

4 Sleep. Sleeping when the stomach is full may be synonymous with a ‘Toledo night’. If you want to make sure you have a good rest, then choose to have dinner soon. A snack – dinner when there is still light can make you go to bed hours later feeling light and easy to fall asleep.

5 Breakfast. Dining soon and digesting food sooner rather than later will make it take several more hours from the time you snack until you lie down and then wake up the next day. This will make you get up hungry and want to eat breakfast, the most important meal of the day.
