Office or local.

If the space where you develop your business is very expensive based on your income, think about changing the place. Take into account the value of the rent and the size. Maybe you can do the same in a cheaper place or with another distribution of space.

Personal.

The work of your team will guarantee the success of your business. Try to hire experienced and professional people, even if the salary is higher. In the long run you reduce expenses because your good level of work contributes to the growth of the company.

Equipment.

You can buy used computers or other electronic devices that serve the same function as new ones and are cheaper. You can do the same if you need machinery for your business.

Management.

Take advantage of technology. There are web pages and applications that provide free services. Look for those that can help you in the management of your company.

Customers.

Do not neglect them, always communicate not only to make sales but also to tell them about the company; it grabs their attention so that they are interested in it. What they pay for your products or services will help you maintain a good budget.

Social media.

Use the networks to contact your current and potential customers. The cost of using physical channels – such as brochures, letters, or flyers – is higher. Take advantage of email, Facebook and Twitter to communicate, send promotions, etc.

Expenses and results.

Keep an eye on the expenses and results of your company. Do not hesitate to eliminate those that do not contribute to the business.
