There are many people who, due to their workday, are forced to eat out of the house all week. This means that it is more difficult to eat healthy and take care of the weight.

However, a balanced diet can be taken if some elementary dietary recommendations are applied.

YVK recommends the following tips to take care of your weight and eat healthy even outside the home.

  1. Ask for something from the menu instead of choosing the buffet option; in this way you avoid exceeding the power to eat what you want.
  2. To drink, order natural water, tea or other drinks without sugar. If you drink alcohol, do it in moderation and forget the glasses of liquor after dinner.
  3. Start your meal with a vegetable salad. This will help you control your appetite and feel satisfied faster.
  4. Choose the small or medium options of all your dishes. This includes main courses, side dishes and drinks.
  5. Choose main dishes that carry many vegetables.
  6. Ask to be served the dressings separately, this way you only add the amount you want without exceeding.
  7. For your food to be low in calories, order steamed dishes, grilled or grilled, instead of fried and weathered.

Also, ask for foods that do not have sauces with cream or grilled meat juices. Do not add butter, butter, fat to your food.

  1. Finally, choose fruit often for dessert.

With these simple tips, eat healthily without depriving yourself of any food. Adopt this form of feeding as a habit to take care of your weight and your health.

Remember that to create a custom you only need 21 days of practice. Good luck!
