  1. Wear pump-up girdles and pants

  1. Spend a lot of time sitting

Research from the University of Tel Aviv showed that when you sit for many hours, a layer of fat forms on top of the gluteal muscle, making it look flatter.

  1. Spend a lot of time in the sun

When you expose yourself too much to the sun, and without sunscreen, the skin’s collagen fibers get damaged, losing their elasticity and causing your derriere or even your breasts to sag.

  1. An inadequate diet

Remember that the booty is also made of fats, so you need to maintain a very good balance. In fact, if you want to grow it naturally, do not forget to include almonds, peanuts and nuts in your snacks.

  1. Drink a lot of alcohol

The skin of this also needs attention. And if you want it to look perfect and without pimples or stretch marks, try to exfoliate it at least once a week, and apply moisturizing cream every day.

  1. Sleeping too tight or in a straight position

Wearing tight clothes during sleep or having a bad position also affects your circulation, and can cause the appearance of varicose veins and skin defects. So better use a pillow to elevate your legs.
