Harambee Stars captain Victor Wanyama has finally moved out of Totenham Hotspurs to play for Montreal Impact which is headed by Arsenal legend Thiery Henry.

Wanyama had been put on the sidelines by Jose Mourinho since the sacking of Mauricio Pochettino last year.

He had made only 4 appearances in all competitions and only played 24 minutes in the EPL.

The former Southampton player penned a three year deal with the Major League Soccer based club.

His first game might be on Saurday when they play against FC Dallas.

During his stay at the Spurs, Wanyama accounted a total of 97 appearances and came close to winning the EPL in 2014-2015 when Leicester City sized the opportunity and won the league

He scored six goals and made 69 regular starts for Spurs
