The Embassy of France in Kenya is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of a receptionist.
The receptionist is tasked with :
Answering phone calls and providing relevant informations to French citizens ; Acting part-time as a visa receptionist ; Providing, when requesting, help to the other Consular employees.
Skills
Good command in English and French (B2 level, both written and spoken) ; Ability to adapt to different types of visitors/applicants Ability to communicate and good sense of team work Good organization skills
Conditions
Job starts on the 21st of November
1-year contract, with the prospect of a permanent employment
Gross salary : KES 82 547
Working hours :
Monday to Thursday : 08.30 AM -1 PM / 2 PM-6 PM Friday : 08.30 AM -1 PM
