Reverend Lucy Natasha and Prophet Stanley Carmel’s love story continues to warm hearts across the globe. What began as a simple Instagram message in 2017 has blossomed into a beautiful relationship that now inspires many. After meeting online and nurturing their bond over the years, the couple tied the knot in a traditional wedding on January 29, 2022, in Nairobi, Kenya.
Three years after their grand traditional wedding, the couple is set to celebrate another milestone — an Indian-style wedding in Prophet Carmel’s home country. On May 26, 2025, the two preachers will exchange vows again in a colourful Indian ceremony in Kerala, India.
The couple’s first meeting happened after Prophet Carmel came across one of Natasha’s preaching videos and slid into her DMs. Despite being “blue-ticked” for two years, fate brought them together physically in 2019 during a mission trip in the United States. Their connection blossomed, leading to their formal union in Kenya three years later.
Since then, Lucy Natasha and Prophet Carmel have been serving couple goals — from globe-trotting to preaching together, their love has remained visible and inspiring. Their online presence and affectionate moments have left fans in awe of their chemistry.
Ahead of the Indian wedding, the couple travelled to India on May 21, accompanied by Natasha’s brother, Shafique. They were welcomed in Kerala with flower garlands and a luxurious convoy. The Canadian-based preacher and his Kenyan wife checked into a lavish hotel ahead of their big day, sharing romantic videos and photos with their followers.
On Instagram, Prophet Carmel shared a heartwarming video of the two in India, writing, “Forever isn’t long enough when it’s with you, Tasha. I can’t wait to make you my wife tomorrow in our beautiful Indian wedding.” His post stirred confusion among fans, some of whom questioned whether they were already married. Natasha clarified that while they were officially married, they had yet to hold a traditional Indian wedding, which they are now doing.
Despite the excitement, Natasha’s mother, Pastor Esther Wanjiru Mugambi, will not be attending the wedding, as she is busy with ministry duties in Nairobi.
The couple’s five-year journey has not been without public curiosity. Fans have often speculated about their plans for children. Natasha recently responded to such questions by asking for continued prayers. Meanwhile, Prophet Carmel has openly shared his desire to have five children with her.
As the world watches Lucy Natasha and Prophet Carmel celebrate love a second time on a new continent, their journey remains a shining example of faith, patience, and divine timing. From a single DM to a multi-cultural union, their story continues to inspire millions.
