Probably, the greenest and most organic paper bag used as a back to school bag has been spotted by an innocent school girl who was caught between using it or going to jail for not less than 4 years.
The school girl from Materi Girl’s Centre, was spotted doing her school shopping at Nkubu market using a bag made of dried banana leaves.
The ban was effected from 28th August 2017 which ensured that use of plastic bags was illegal other than just packing waist material for a period not exceeding two weeks.
And school going students and pupils despite the fact that they use them to carry books and their school shopping, they too must abid by the law
