1.Cortisol2.Progesterone3.HypothyroidismSymptoms of hormonal imbalances

All this causes different imbalances such as more or less abundant menstruations, fatigue, irritation, bad mood, changes in appetite, and many others.

1.Cortisol

In addition to estrogen, another of the hormonal imbalances is cortisol that is related to stress and if it is not controlled can lead to general fatigue, among many other symptoms.

Well, women can feel nervous, with difficulty sleeping and with anxiety.

2.Progesterone

This type of hormone balances and counteracts the effects of estrogen.

The lack of progesterone causes premenstrual syndrome, short periods of menstruation, headaches, irregular rules, swelling and pain in the breasts, anxiety and insomnia, especially for a week or two before menstruation falls.

They are symptoms that can appear together or separately, not every month, and do not occur in all women equally.

3.Hypothyroidism

The imbalances of the hormones also affect the thyroid glands and is usually an autoimmune disorder that causes weight gain, swelling in the face, dry skin, depression and irregular menstruation, among others.

Symptoms of hormonal imbalances

We have seen it throughout the article. The hormonal imbalances cause, on the one hand, irregular menstrual periods, but also absence of menstruation and even very abundant rules.

On the other hand, it is important to note the alternations in sleep or insomnia that take place due to hormones, as well as digestive problems, such as nausea, diarrhea or swelling.

At the same time, such imbalances lead to problems in the skin , because sometimes acne usually appears, especially at the beginning of the menstrual period.

The changes in the character also tend to be quite common in such disorders. Well one day you can be very happy and the next break to tears. Apathy, irritability, mood swings are also normal .

To alleviate these changes can do various things, such as changing habits and move to other healthier, play sports and reduce the level of stress, among many others.
