A famous woman rep from Western sides of Kenya vanished immediately she was handed with money meant for the youths.
The money had been donated by a senior government official who had toured the region.
It is then that the woman rep rushed to the dais when the guest of honor announced that he had carried a small soda for the youths.
However, the unfortunate youths were left licking their fingers asking her whereabouts
